StucxTeam is a Malaysian pro-Palestinian hacktivist group that emerged around March 2023, primarily motivated by political activism supporting Palestine and opposing Israel. The group specializes in disruptive cyber operations, including Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, website defacements, and data breaches. Initially targeting entities in India, StucxTeam significantly shifted its focus to Israeli systems and other nations perceived as opposing its ideological stance, including Argentina, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, following regional conflicts. A distinctive characteristic of StucxTeam is its collaboration with other Southeast Asian hacktivist groups and the development of custom tools, such as the MyOPECS mobile application, to coordinate and facilitate their attacks, which sets them apart from more ad-hoc hacktivist collectives.
